My best recommendation to scale this product is to create a collective within your own neighborhood and share the cost of production together. Small batches are harder to spoil and cost everyone less money. Fraction the ingredients from the previous page as appropriate if you are making batches using less than a gallon of milk at one time.
Primal eggnog also responds well to freezing at 32 degrees, but becomes tricky to thaw and dose out. If you can absolutely control your freezer environment, you may be able to keep your Primal ‘Nog for up to 6 weeks.
The rear of your refrigerator is typically coldest, so keep your Primal ‘Nog in the back. Use or discard it within 1 month of manufacture or when it goes sour, whichever comes first.
Using Primal Eggnog
As a replacement for Primal Rotational Patterns physical training, take 6oz. each dose 1, 2, or 3 times daily, 3 days weekly, preferably on alternating days, such as Monday-Wednesday-Friday. This is the same concept applied to the beverage that we use in training:
- 3 sessions (shakes) weekly is our Basic training program.
- 6 sessions (shakes) weekly is our Advance program.
- 9 sessions (shakes) weekly. is our Pro program.
Use your budget, personal preference, and bowel tolerance to decide how aggressively to treat yourself. WARNING: diarrhea is uncommon, but possible. Use common sense when using this program, and begin slowly.
Additionally, drink 16 oz. water with ¼ tsp Himalayan Pink Sea Salt daily, spread throughout the day any time anything is taken by mouth.
