Primal Rotational Patterns is a strength coaching company based in Gardiner, NY at the crossroads of the Shawangunk Mt. Range and the Hudson Valley. We offer a unique, data-driven approach to training that places healing at the forefront of the process.

Our training platform is built around 13 movements that we call the Primal Rotational Patterns. These movements come from or are inspired by traditional weight training exercises. They combine to create 21 tasks that mobilize the fascial web.

This mobilization process de-burdens the gut so that it can heal the rest of the body. As your health increases, you improve coordination, balance, range of motion, strength, and power.
