Personal Training / Strength Coaching: Education

2006-2008                 Somatherapist. Credentialed by the late Guy Voyer, DO. I was one of the first of 15 Americans to complete this post-graduate program focusing on osteopathic techniques in corrective exercise.

2011                               Poliquin Strength Institute Coaching Certification, Level IV Coach. I produced a National Champion in Track & Field who competed in the Paralympics. The Level IV certificate of completion is awarded to less than one in one million strength coaches.

Personal Training / Strength Coaching: Experience

1995-2021                  Physiqology, Inc. Founder & Director. Responsible for all day-to-day operations, program design, and implementation. Managed a team of trainers who trained thousands of clients across a diverse level of experience.

2020-2022                  Big Notion, Inc. Co-Founder, Chief Training Officer. Responsible for the creation of a data structure to serve as a predictability model for sports injury. Responsible for the creation of corrective exercise protocols to bring the kinetic chain into balance. Worked with pro sports organizations to train and onboard them to the platform.

2022-present            Primal Rotational Patterns Corporation. Founder, Director. Created a hierarchical training model that integrates biomechanics, neurology, and the enteric nervous system to retrain the kinetic chain for redress of injury and performance enhancement. Currently responsible for all day-to-day operations.

2024-present            New York State Emergency Medical Technician. Volunteer for Shawangunk Valley Fire Department. Answer and respond to calls for emergency medical assistance in the Shawangunk Valley area.

Personal Training / Strength Coaching: Accomplishments

2010                               Canadian National Track & Field Championships. Paralympian Jonathon Dunkerley & guide Sean Young. Gold: 400m, 800m. Silver: 4x100m.

2010                               Major League Baseball debut. Trained Dr. Mark Hamilton to break into the 40-man roster for the St. Louis Cardinals, resulting in a 4-fold increase in salary for the athlete.

2011                               Canadian National Track & Field Championships. Paralympian Jonathon Dunkerley & guide Sean Young. Gold: 200m, 800m. Silver: 4x200m. Bronze: 400m.

2011                               Paralympic World Track & Field Championships. Paralympian Jonathon Dunkerley & guide Sean Young. 4th place, 800m.

2013                               U.S. Open, Tae Kwon Do. Steven Lin. Bronze.

2015                               NY State Championships, Tae Kwon Do. James Pinos. Gold: Pennsylvania. Silver: New York.

2016-2018                 World Series Championships. Consultant to the medical team of the Washington Nationals.
