The Primal Report and the definitions of its elements are below:

Session refers to the number of individual workouts over the trainee’s lifetime. This trainee has three sessions.
Date / Time provides a timestamp to refernce the workout’s beginning.
Session Duration reveals the time it takes the candidate to complete the workout. A Perfect Primal Rotational Patterns session lasts 61 minutes. When Session Duration falls too far outside guidelines, it is indicated with a pink field and dark red formatted text as in the Session 3 row.
When management sees this flag repeatedly, there are a number of potential interpretations:
- the event is a random one-off situation that occurs because of the way the trainee enters their data, and more attention to detail stops the flag;
- the trainee has a time management issue that potentially benefits from counseling or coaching;
- the trainee is potentially “phoning in” the workout and attempting to cheat.
Studying the pattern of this metric may be helpful in identifying potential issues with and managing talent to provide better performance outcomes.
